Eavenson Law is a unique law firm, providing personalized, exceptional litigation and legal counseling assistance, both in person and in digital format (Skype, FaceTime and conference calls to name a few), as well as top quality, niche market Mediation and Arbitration services.
Trizia is proudly Puerto Rican and Italian; her parents meeting one other when they were just 11 years old, her mother coming to the Bronx, New York from Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, and her father arriving by ship from Trani, Italy. Trizia was born in the Bronx, and raised in Italy, Puerto Rico, Germany and Tampa, Florida. Growing up in Europe and Puerto Rico, coupled with traveling the world, forged Trizia's enormous sense of gratitude for the United States, its Constitution and the incredible rights bestowed upon its citizens and non-citizens. Her extensive life experiences also developed her love and passion of law, justice and teaching. She grew up speaking, writing and reading English, Italian and Spanish as her native languages. Mrs. Eavenson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of South Florida and proudly earned a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law, cum laude. Trizia was crowned Ms. Tampa in 1997 on the platform of legal advocacy of abused and neglected children. A firm believer in a strong work ethic, she has worked in the legal field since 1993, starting from the bottom up, beginning as a "temp" in a bi-lingual law firm, answering phones, throwing out trash and cleaning toilets, to becoming a paralegal and continuing to work as a paralegal/law clerk as she attended law school in the evening program. Trizia has been a certified Guardian ad Litem since 1993.
A passionate trial attorney, Trizia's practice encompasses multiple areas of civil litigation, including, but not limited to, catastrophic personal injury; medical malpractice; corporate and business law; defective medical devices; real property; property exemptions, tax and valuations; local government and administrative law; premise liability; contracts; products liability; animal law; construction law, Veterans law and wrongful death.
As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitrator, Trizia mediates and arbitrates throughout the State of Florida. Her cultural competence and extensive life experience allows her to assist parties in crafting their own resolutions on their own terms - a gift never provided by a judge or jury.

"Be The Diamond" works directly with all demographics to help those realize their self-worth and find their "YES" in life. Trizia is a firm believer in polishing yourself up so you can shine and that pressure either crushes you or makes you a diamond. She is proud of her work with adults as well as students in elementary, middle school, high school and college, to enhance their self-esteem through leadership mentoring. Trizia focuses on the "4 P's" - Passion, Perseverance, Perspiration/pain and Preparation - as well as themes of never giving up, resisting the casualization and disconnection that is so prevalent in our culture, avoiding excuses, self-responsibility, career advice, how to dress appropriately for life's adventures and how to best find one's strong suit in life. Before sitting for the Florida Bar, Trizia was a Certified Legal Intern for the Brevard County State Attorney's Office, where she tried cases to verdict for the State and polished her trial skills. While at the State Attorney's Office, Trizia was honored to work closely on the high profile "Ella" animal cruelty case, the white German Shepherd left to die in a crate in her home by her owner. Trizia drafted the in-depth Memorandum of Law in Opposition to the Motion to Suppress Evidence, citing the exigent circumstances which allowed the police to enter the owner's home without a warrant. The trial judge sided with the State and denied Ella's owner's Motion to Suppress. On appeal, the high Court agreed with the trial judge's decision, which included the Court's reliance on the Memorandum of Law and case law cited by Trizia. During her last year of law school, Trizia gained immense legal knowledge as a Judicial Law Clerk for numerous prestigious Orange County judges, including now Fifth District Court of Appeals Justice, The Honorable Jay Cohen. Mrs. Eavenson was a founding member and President of the Federalist Society, a Moot Court Competitor, and Executive Board Member and Representative of the Hispanic American Law Student Association (HALSA). She received the highest grade in her class for Trial Practice, Insurance Law and Eminent Domain. She frequently returns to her law school as a guest professor to teach trial advocacy and civility. Trizia has had the honor of spending time with Supreme Court Justices Scalia, Roberts, Alito, Ginsberg and Thomas, where she discussed landmark decisions as well as current issues facing our great Nation.
Trizia has faced, and continues to tackle, numerous health challenges that would normally prevent one from achieving their goals. This adversity simply fortifies Trizia's resolve, strengthens her compassion, and intensifies her passion for serving others. This passionate fashionista is determined to effectuate positive change. The children she mentors are close to her heart and are part of this beautiful country's tapestry. Trizia's Clients become members of her "tribe". She truly does believe that you never need to unscrew another's lightbulb to make yourself shine brighter. Passion in law and for life, personal connections and perseverance are truly the tenants by which Trizia lives.
