Attorney Trizia G. Eavenson is passionate about healing our relationships in society to create lasting harmony, deeper connections, and bridge-building unity, while exposing what - and who - are benefitting from the societal wedges, harmful disconnections, and chaotic division.
While Trizia adores being a trial attorney, she became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Executive Life Coach years ago to alleviate and rehabilitate the anguish she witnessed daily as a litigator, community leader, mentor, and job creator.
A dedicated Guardian ad Litem, national public speaker, Justice Teaching trainer, teacher, accreditation consultant, and guest law professor, Trizia's life experiences propelled her dedication to cultivating cultural competency, understanding the "cave man" purpose of bias, discerning ethnic-rich body language, and implementing tools to engage in "common sense" and "alert" equity, diversity, and inclusion dialogue.
Yes, we CAN co-exist with compassion, and yes, we CAN (and should) maintain a lightness while engaging in these complex concepts.
YDU was founded from a passion for life; appreciation of well-intentioned people trying their best to navigate this diverse and often-difficult world; curiosity for what causes division - especially who benefits from it; and more importantly, how to heal from the disconnection, dissention, apathy, and disrespect plaguing our world.
Once we realize it is not "Me v. You," or "Us v. Them," and that we are more similar than we are dissimilar, the healing process has begun.
